HailMate requires explicit, affirmative consent before any SMS/MMS messages are sent. Consent must be optional, separate from other terms, and disclosed at the time of phone number collection.

2. Contractor Account Messages (HailMate Users)

Contractors opt in during account registration at https://hailmate.ai/signup. Consent is optional and not required to create an account.
